Management gives those tasks an agreed owner and a defined scope. Before we start, we confirm the accounts, publishing activity, response guidance, and person who should receive interested leads.
Your accounts stay in your name. You approve the content and the direction we use to manage them.

The management portion is $850/month. Each additional managed platform adds $350/month: $3,700/month in total for two platforms.

This includes Posting and Responses plus reviewing new followers for customer fit, engaging suitable prospects with relevant comments and individually written messages, and contributing useful comments on third-party content your ideal customers are likely to see.

One platform means one business account on one social network. Facebook and Instagram count as two platforms. Additional platforms use the same content library. The $950 one-time setup applies once to the engagement, not per account.
The Full Content Plan includes twelve reels, eight carousels, and twenty finished story pieces each month, with video and photography captured in one visit at one agreed location, a coordinated calendar, and ongoing guidance for your team’s own content. Planning, editing, subtitles, caption drafts, one consolidated revision round, and organized final files are included.
It also includes eight additional prompts for your team, one 30-minute monthly strategy call, and feedback on up to four client-created posts, drafts, or ideas each month. Your team creates and revises those additional pieces.
Each carousel has up to six slides. We supply the selected edited photographs used in the included carousels and stories for reuse.

One prospect engagement includes a relevant comment and an individually written initial message where the account supports that contact. These allowances describe the activity included each month. Interested leads are recorded separately.

We check selected accounts twice each business day and respond to routine comments and messages within one business day, Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Central, excluding agreed holidays.
Relevant lead requests are passed to your named contact by the next business day. We pass along the conversation and its context so your team can handle the estimate, appointment, or sales follow-up.
Before starting, we agree on response guidance and the lead destination. If activity reaches the agreed allowance, we arrange the next step with you before adding work.
Your team supplies accurate service information, relevant business updates, and the guidance we need to answer routine questions. You arrange filming access, participate in production, and approve the content and schedule.
When a prospect needs an estimate, an appointment, or a sales conversation, your team takes the next step. Share useful feedback from those conversations so it can inform future content.
Management is available exclusively with the Full Content Plan. The reels-only packages supply finished videos and caption drafts for your team to publish.

The included service operates Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Central, excluding agreed holidays, with the account checks and response timing described above. We agree on the scope before work begins.
Ad campaign creation, ad management, and platform ad spend are separately scoped. We can discuss those needs on the content call.
You receive a summary of publishing, responses, incoming leads, and handoffs. Management and Outreach also reports follower review and outreach activity. Your team supplies the sales follow-up needed to understand what happens after a lead is handed over.
Content packages run for six months and are billed monthly. Management follows the remaining Full Content retainer term. The $950 Full Content setup applies once per engagement; adding management or another platform has no new setup charge. If you move from a reels package to Full Content during the engagement, we credit your $450 setup toward the $950 expanded setup, and you pay the $500 difference. Your quote confirms the selected scope and full cost.
