One prospect engagement includes a relevant comment and an individually written initial message where the account supports that contact. These allowances describe monthly activity; interested leads are recorded separately.
We check selected accounts twice each business day and respond to routine comments and messages within one business day, Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Central, excluding agreed holidays. Relevant lead requests are passed to your named contact by the next business day. If activity reaches the agreed allowance, we arrange the next step with you before adding work.
A platform means one business account on one social network. Facebook and Instagram count as two platforms. Adding a platform uses the same content library.
Your team handles estimates, appointments and sales follow-up after hand-off. We confirm the accounts, supported activity, approved response guidance and lead destination before starting.
The one-time setup shown above applies once to the engagement. Story production is additional. Management runs alongside the remaining Full Content retainer term.

Choose either twelve or twenty pieces with Full Content. Each is a distinct finished piece beyond your reel count, curated from the same production visit. A sequence of three finished story frames counts as three pieces.
Your team posts the stories unless you have purchased management for the selected platform. Management includes publishing your purchased story pieces within its stated allowance.
Content packages run for six months, billed monthly. The $450 setup is paid once before research begins. Your quote confirms your selected package, extras, travel and total cost.

These comparisons show the package and one setup fee. The management totals assume management starts with the six-month content engagement. Story add-ons, extra platforms and separately quoted work increase the selected total.
Setup is invoiced before research begins. Monthly retainer billing follows the agreed production start date. “First month plus setup” combines those charges for comparison; your quote confirms the payment schedule.
A routine content-tier upgrade, management add-on or additional platform does not trigger a second research setup fee. Any change in scope and price is agreed before it takes effect.
Choose 6 Reels when you need a regular video foundation and have someone who can publish it. Choose 12 Reels when you have more useful topics and work to show. Choose Full Content when you want reels and carousels, video and photography, or the option to add social media management. We can help you choose during the content call.
Your package contains six or twelve unique reels. We format those originals for the four listed platforms. Sharing a reel in several places does not create additional original videos.
We capture and edit the photographs needed for your carousels. The selected edited photographs used in the finished work are also supplied for reuse. A separate photo gallery can be quoted if you need one.
Social media management is available with Full Content. The 6 Reels and 12 Reels packages provide finished content and caption drafts for your team to publish.
Each package includes one monthly visit at one agreed location. Additional locations, filming, travel or other production requirements are quoted before booking. Ad campaign creation, ad management and platform ad spend are separately scoped.
