Your team publishes.
Every content package includes finished files, caption drafts and a suggested release sequence. Your team handles posting and the conversations that follow.
We turn the work you do and the questions you answer into content your customers can understand.
You share what matters, take part in one monthly filming visit and review the content. We handle the planning, production, editing and organized delivery.
One clear plan. One monthly visit. One round of feedback.
We start with a conversation about your services, the customers you want to reach and what you’d like us to take off your plate. Together, we choose a package and confirm the scope, filming location and full cost.
Once you’ve signed the agreement and paid the setup fee, we gather your business information and begin the research.
$450one-time setup
Your $450 one-time setup includes initial market research and an Ideal Customer Profile Content Messaging Map.
We review your market, relevant competitors and available customer evidence. Then we connect the questions your ideal customers ask with the messages, examples and content topics that can help answer them.
You receive a research summary, a clear customer profile and a messaging map with four content themes and twelve starter ideas. The map comes as a readable PDF and an editable file you can refer to and reuse.
You review the direction before the first filming visit. We use your feedback to refine the plan, so you know what we’re creating and why.
This illustrative map for a kitchen remodeler shows the structure your own map follows: the decision your customers are making, four concerns behind it, and three reel concepts for each.
We build a topic and shot list from your messaging map. You share relevant updates, recurring customer questions and any people, services or work you’d like to feature.
We’ll confirm the plan and send prompts so you know what to expect before we arrive.
Your partTell us what’s happening in the business and help arrange access.

New customer questions, a service you want to explain, work you’ve completed or a detail people keep misunderstanding. Bring those into the next planning exchange.
We use your feedback and the messaging map to shape the next batch, so the content stays connected to the business you’re running.
We develop the topics, content direction and prompts. You supply the knowledge of your business and help us check the facts. Your existing questions, examples and customer conversations give us useful material to work with.
We’ll agree who appears on camera and what we can show before the visit. During filming, we guide you with questions and prompts about work you know well. The plan can also include demonstrations, work in progress and details of your process where they fit the topic.
