Start with the customer’s decision.
Every engagement begins with initial market research and an Ideal Customer Profile Content Messaging Map.
We review your business information, available customer evidence, and three relevant competitors, covering one business, one core geographic market, and up to two related priority services. Then we identify the questions, concerns, and proof your content should address. You receive a concise research summary with sources, an ideal customer profile, and a messaging map you can reference and edit, supplied as a PDF and an editable file. The reels setup includes at least six completed map entries, twelve starter content angles, and four content themes.
Full Content Plan setup: we research your customers and three relevant competitors, review your existing social content, and build a messaging map with at least twelve completed entries and twenty-four starter angles. Your setup also includes a 90-day thematic roadmap and the first monthly calendar.
You review the direction before the first filming visit, and setup includes one consolidated revision round. Setup is $450 once for the reels packages or $950 once for the Full Content Plan. If you move from a reels package to Full Content during the engagement, we credit your $450 setup toward the $950 expanded setup; you pay the $500 difference.
For example, a remodeler’s customer may want to know what happens between agreeing on a design and using the finished kitchen. A useful content plan can explain that process, show the work, and prepare the customer for the decisions ahead.

Each package includes one monthly filming visit at one agreed location, monthly planning, editing, reel subtitles, caption drafts, one consolidated revision round, and organized final files.
The Full Content Plan also includes eight additional prompts for your team, one 30-minute monthly strategy call, and feedback on up to four client-created posts, drafts, or ideas each month. Your team creates and revises those additional pieces. The reels packages do not include the expanded setup, the prompts, or the consultation allowance.
Full Content carousels contain up to six slides each. We capture and edit the photographs needed for the included carousels and stories, and supply the selected edited photographs used in that work for reuse. A separate photo gallery or additional production can be quoted.
A story piece is one finished vertical video clip or designed photo frame; a three-frame sequence counts as three pieces. Either reels package can add twelve finished video story clips for $300/month.
Your six or twelve original reels are formatted for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. Carousels are supplied for Instagram and Facebook. The versions for different platforms use the same original content.

With the Full Content Plan, your team also creates the additional pieces from eight monthly prompts. Full Content includes one 30-minute strategy call each month and feedback on up to four client-created posts, drafts, or ideas. Send them through our agreed channel; we respond within two business days. Your team completes the revisions.
The time needed for filming depends on the plan, participants, and location. We confirm those details before the visit.

Your team publishes the finished content unless you add social media management to the Full Content Plan.
Add Posting and Responses to the Full Content Plan for a combined $3,350/month on one platform, plus $950 one-time setup. That combines the plan’s content and guidance with scheduling, publishing, routine comment and message responses, and incoming lead notification and handoff.
Management covers our produced content within the agreed platform allowance. Publishing additional content your team creates is agreed separately.
Questions about content creation
Do I have to come up with the ideas?
We develop the topics, content direction, and filming prompts. Your customer questions, business updates, and practical knowledge help us make the content specific and accurate.
Do I have to be on camera?
We agree who appears and what we can show before filming. The plan can include interviews, demonstrations, work in progress, and details of your process where they fit the topic. We guide the people taking part.
Can you film at more than one location?
Each package includes one monthly visit at one agreed location. Additional locations, filming, travel, or other production requirements are quoted before booking.
Are stories included?
The Full Content Plan includes twenty finished video and/or photo story pieces each month. Either reels package can add twelve finished video story clips for $300/month. Stories are produced during the same monthly visit. See story details.
What can I keep using?
After payment, you receive the approved finished assets for ongoing business use, along with your research summary and messaging map. Camera originals, unused footage, and editing project files can be scoped separately.
