How much time will content creation need from you each month?

With Storyline & Sinker, your recurring role is to share relevant business updates, help arrange one monthly filming visit, participate in the agreed content, and review the batch. Your team also publishes unless you add management to the Full Content Plan. With the Full Content Plan, you’ll also have a 30-minute strategy call each month and can create additional pieces from eight monthly prompts, sending up to four for feedback.

In a clinic hallway, a woman in a black dress sits on a stool for an on-camera interview, framed on a monitor at left, while a camera operator watches from behind a cinema camera under a softbox light.

The exact filming time depends on the plan, participants, and location. We confirm those details before the visit so you can prepare the people and work involved.

We handle research, planning, filming direction, editing, and delivery. Your contribution is the knowledge and access that make the content specific to your business. With the Full Content Plan, your team may also create pieces from the monthly prompts and send up to four posts, drafts, or ideas for feedback.

At the start: help us understand the business.

We need to understand your services, the customers you want to reach, and the questions that come up before they buy. Your existing materials and customer conversations help us build that picture.

The one-time setup ($450 for the reels packages or $950 for the Full Content Plan) includes customer and market research and your Ideal Customer Profile Content Messaging Map. The Full Content Plan setup also reviews your existing social content and adds a 90-day thematic roadmap and the first monthly calendar. You review the direction before the first filming visit.

After the content call, agreement, and setup payment, we gather your information, complete the research, and review the map with you before the first filming visit. Setup includes one consolidated revision round.

Before the visit: tell us what is worth showing.

Share relevant updates, completed work, recurring customer questions, and anything the content needs to reflect. Let us know which people, spaces, or demonstrations will be available.

We build the topic and shot list from your messaging map, confirm the plan, and send filming prompts. With the Full Content Plan, the monthly calendar also gives your team eight additional prompts: what to capture, the message, a suggested format, the viewer’s next step, and when it fits. A 30-minute strategy call each month keeps that plan current. Choose someone in your business who can coordinate access and bring together the information needed for the visit.

You can contribute closely to the creative direction or ask us to run that process with your input at the agreed review points.

During the visit: bring the people and the knowledge.

Each package includes one monthly filming visit at one agreed location. We guide the questions and shots. You make the agreed people, space, and work available and help us explain the details accurately.

For the Full Content Plan, we capture video and photography during the same visit, including its twenty story pieces. With a reels package, the optional twelve-clip story add-on is captured during that visit too. Additional locations or production requirements are quoted before booking.

If you are uncomfortable on camera, discuss that during planning. We agree who appears and what we can show. Depending on the topic, the plan may use demonstrations, work in progress, or details of your process alongside interviews.

A monitor on a light stand shows a close-up of gloved hands holding a denture, while a camera on a slider films a technician at a dental lab bench.

After filming: review one batch and send one set of notes.

Content drafts arrive within seven business days after filming and receipt of the required information. Your team checks the facts, voice, and details, then sends one consolidated round of feedback within three business days.

Revisions follow within three business days of that feedback. We plan production ahead of the month when the content will be published.

If several people need to review, collect their comments before sending the combined response. A designated approver can help resolve conflicting notes and keep the decisions clear.

What changes when you add management?

With a reels package, your team receives approved files, caption drafts, and a suggested release sequence; with the Full Content Plan, an integrated monthly calendar that also includes eight prompts for content your team creates. Without management, you handle posting and the conversations that follow.

With management added to the Full Content Plan, we schedule and publish the approved content we produce, up to twenty feed placements and twenty story pieces per selected platform each month, handle routine comments and messages within the agreed scope, and notify your named contact when an interested lead needs attention. Publishing pieces your team creates from the prompts is agreed separately.

Your team still provides accurate business information, approves the content and schedule, and handles estimates, appointments, and sales follow-up. See the management options and response hours.

What if the filming date needs to change?

Request a change at least two business days ahead. We accommodate one timely reschedule per month within available capacity. If weather or access creates a problem, we agree on a revised plan and delivery schedule.

Make the monthly process workable for your team.

Choose a contact for planning, identify who needs to approve content, and decide who will handle incoming opportunities. Those choices give everyone a clear role from the first visit through the sales conversation.
